The portal, as part of an internal employee motivation program, allows you to use the points accumulated in the process of participating in corporate activities to purchase corporate merchandise and receive discounts from company partners.FLS made the technical implementation of the portal. During the process of implementation all the related metrics were defined and collected. Several tests had been performed that helped to choose the best UX-scenarios.
