Presentation from First Line Software Summit 2016 by Kurt Bittner, Forrester®
DevOps practices have accelerated the software delivery revolution started by Agile almost 20 years ago. Demanding customers and tech-savvy competitors have compelled nearly every organization to deliver software faster and yet with higher quality and deeper customer satisfaction than ever before.
To rise to the challenge, organizations have to change the way they deliver and support products, and eventually even the way they conceive products and engage with their customers. Kurt Bittner will share what Forrester has learned from organizations who have embraced Agile and DevOps practices to better win, serve, and retain customers.
