How do we get our teams to actually use the AI once it’s built?
We solve this at the architecture level with FLS Claw, our agentic mesh. Our agents live where your people already work: Slack, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp. There’s no new tool to learn, no new habit to build, no friction between asking a question and getting an answer. Claw runs inside isolated cloud containers with zero-trust credential handling and prompt-injection defense built in, and connects via MCP to your systems of record so agents reason on live data, not stale exports. This is how AI stops being an app nobody opens and becomes part of how the work gets done.
How do you decide between different agent orchestration approaches?
The choice comes down to the shape of the problem, not vendor preference. For problems that require experts to deliberate — due diligence, clinical decisions, patent review — we use ARIA, our proprietary multi-agent reasoning framework. For problems that need decomposition and execution — document processing pipelines, content workflows, automated reporting — we use Claude Managed Agents. A parent agent breaks the task down, sub-agents execute in parallel in sandboxed environments, and results are aggregated. Fast, scalable, and sufficient for roughly 60–70% of agentic use cases.
