PRESS RELEASE  New York, The Hague, 24 October 2013 – First Line Software, a global provider of software development and technology enablement services, announced this week the launch of its European office in The Hague, The Netherlands.

First Line Software, ranked as one of the world’s top 100 outsourcing providers by IAOP®, has exhibited very strong growth since its launch in 2009, reaching $15 million in revenue and 375 employees by 2013. First Line is lead by a seasoned management team with over 20 years of experience in the software development industry.

The official public launch of First Line’s office was held in The Hague on October 16 in conjunction with the 2nd Dutch ICT Business Event organized jointly by First Line, RUSSOFT, and the WestHolland Foreign Investment Agency (WFIA). Nick Puntikov, President of FirstLine Software Group, moderated the ICT panel discussion that featured representatives of the Dutch IT business communities and professional associations, as well as members of the media and the academia. Puntikov commented, “Innovation in ICT takes place through cooperation between different areas of expertise. This cooperation increasingly transcends national borders and thus cultural and political differences.”
