We Make The Global Services 100
First Line Software has been included in the 2012 Global Services 100 list, a list published annually by the Global Services Magazine as tool for buyers of business and technology services to select the right vendor.
PRESS RELEASE – New York, 23 August 2012 – First Line Software, a premiere provider of software development and technology enablement services, has been included in the 2012 Global Services 100, a study of the world’s leading outsourcing providers published annually by the Global Services magazine.
The Global Services 100, now in its seventh year, is a tool for buyers of business and technology services to identify and select the right vendor. The study is done under the guidance of Neogroup, a globalization advisory firm. Service providers opt in to participate in the study that is conducted online. The GS100 analytical model is based on four key criteria: performance and leadership, quality and maturity of customers, breadth of services offered, and spread of global delivery capabilities.
“The global service provider landscape is increasingly getting complex; but buyers are looking at vendors with scale, skill, or both in delivering business outcomes and not cost-savings alone. The companies on the Global Services 100 list have demonstrated their ability to deliver complex solutions and services, manage global customers, and sustain successful financial performance,” says Ed Nair, Editor, Global Services.
Lead by a seasoned management team with a track record of over 20 years in the software outsourcing industry, First Line was able to gain this recognition as one of the world’s top 100 outsourcing providers only 2 short years after its launch. Earlier this year, First Line also ranked among the top Rising Stars on the prestigious 2012 Global Outsourcing 100® list published by International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP®). First Line was recognized by the judges for the impressive rate of growth, customer references, and executive leadership.
In addition to the traditional application development and testing services, First Line also assist its technology customers with integration and client implementation services, as well as market entry and sales in new geographical markets. This integrated services portfolio enables First Line’s technology clients to focus on their core value drivers and thus achieve faster and more sustainable growth.
“As a fast growing and ambitious company, we are proud to be ranked among the world’s most successful and innovative outsourcing providers,” said Nick Puntikov, President, First Line Software. “Today’s discerning buyers of outsourcing services recognize both the importance of geographical diversification and the imperative to find new ways to generate value in their outsourcing relationships. Making the 2012 Global Services 100 list indicates to us that building a global presence and expanding our portfolio of value-added services are steps in the right direction.”
