What is an encoded workflow?
A version-controlled instruction set that captures how your team does one piece of work: what to read, what to check, how to format, and which model to use. On Claude it ships as a Skill; on OpenAI as a custom GPT or Project in ChatGPT Enterprise, or as a skill in Codex for technical teams. What’s the difference between AI enablement and AI training for employees?
AI training for employees raises individual awareness: people learn what AI can do. AI enablement changes how the organization works: proven workflows are encoded, versioned and provisioned to the whole function, so they persist when people leave. Training produces slides. AI enablement produces infrastructure your teams run every day.
Do you only work with Claude, or also with OpenAI ChatGPT and Codex?
We are model-agnostic. We enable both Anthropic Claude and OpenAI (ChatGPT Enterprise, GPT models and Codex), and teams that use the two together. First Line Software is a Select Anthropic Partner, but we don’t resell licenses, so platform advice stays neutral. Workflows are portable if you change or add a vendor.
