First Line Software is launching a strategic partnership pilot with AI for CRE Collective to help commercial real estate teams move beyond AI experimentation and put AI to work in the processes they already run.
AI for CRE Collective and First Line Software are combining their practitioner-led understanding of how brokers, investors, developers, owners, operators, and asset managers are using AI across real estate workflows. First Line Software’s engineering capabilities will advance those opportunities, from technical discovery and enablement to implementation and production-grade AI systems.
Together, the two organizations will develop practical AI programs that connect three things the industry often approaches separately: skills, workflows, and implementation.
How the Partnership Will Enhance AI for CRE Workflows
The goal is not to introduce CRE teams to more AI tools. It is to help them identify where AI can create value, build the capability to use it effectively, and turn the right use cases into repeatable workflows and working systems.
The collaboration will initially include workshops, cohort-based programs, AI enablement, and opportunities for deeper implementation.
