PLOT and First Line Software are combining their practitioner-led understanding of how brokers, investors, developers, owners, operators, property managers, and asset managers are using AI across real estate workflows. First Line Software’s engineering capabilities will advance those opportunities, from technical discovery and enablement to implementation and production-grade AI systems.
Together, the two organizations will develop practical AI programs that connect three things the industry often approaches separately: skills, workflows, and implementation.

The collaboration will initially include workshops, cohort-based programs, full-day bootcamps, AI enablement, and opportunities for deeper implementation.
