First Line Software will continue offering global near-shore and off-shore development services after separating from its Russian subsidiary and delivery centers.
Upon completion of an exhaustive strategic review of its business operations worldwide in March 2022, First Line Software decided effective April 15, 2022 to stop all business operations in Russia and as a result has separated its Russian subsidiary from First Line Software’s group, brand, and ownership. Consequently, First Line Software will no longer be providing delivery services within Russia. We note emphatically that First Line Software will not profit from this separation now or in the future. Much to the contrary, First Line Software incurred substantial losses as a direct result of this decision. We accept this temporary outcome in terms of doing what is right by our clients and geopolitical circumstances.
First Line Software clients will continue to receive our customary delivery excellence by utilizing our long-established delivery centers in Czechia, Poland, Germany, the Netherlands, and Australia. We also have started providing delivery services from our newly opened delivery centers in Montenegro, India, and the United States.
We continue to work closely with all our clients to ensure the continuity, quality, and robustness of our partnerships and work product. We are extremely gratified yet humbled to see our clients’ support and empathy while First Line Software successfully transforms its delivery model in this new business environment.
